Women’s Physique – Phase 1


9 weeks training / 3 days a week

This program is designed to build and tone muscle throughout the entire body with the emphasis on developing the glutes, hamstring and abdominal muscles.

The training is broken up into 3-week blocks, each block progressively getting harder due to the inclusion of additional sets (an increase in total workload) and rotation of exercises. Muscle growth is determined by the progressive increase of workload, so as you follow through this program you should see a change in body composition. However, it is vital to stick to the program to achieve this as it will not be seen after just one week or 3-week block.
