We can cater for specific sports performance training for gym environments within our gym. These kinds of training involve the use of our Personal Trainer and/or Fitness Instructors to aid in sports performance and injury prevention for groups, teams, and sports clubs.
We have previously worked with local swimming camps who have required dry land training for their participants and provided specialised weight training and programmes for the Stratford Rugby & Sports Club.
We want to see our local sports teams and clubs excel in their field so we are more than happy to help see them exceed in physical conditioning and injury prevention. With a number of new initiatives and developments happening over the coming years we believe we can develop our local athletes into professional sports people.
