We offer a range of Personal Training options here at the Lions Den Gym & Fitness Centre. Our trainer’s goals are to ensure you meet and exceed your goals. Personal training sessions can include strength training, conditioning, weight-loss, mobility work or rehabilitation. Contact us if you’d like to meet with a Personal Trainer and complete a free 15 minute consult.
Personal Training Sessions
Personal training sessions are available in either 30 or 60 minute intervals. A 30 and 60 minute personal training sessions costs $35.00 incl. GST per session and $60.00 incl. GST per session respectively.
Payment in full is to be made at least 24 hours prior to the session booked. Payment can be completed via, internet banking, cash or eftpos for one-off sessions.
Casual Non- Member Bookings
Persons who wish to book sessions for fitness services who are not current members of the Lions Den Gym & Fitness Centre can do so by contacting one of our team members. These ‘Casual Sessions’ require that the person who has booked the session enter the facility through the Tūtaki Youth Inc. reception
Fitness services are available: Tues – Friday between 9am-7pm, and Sat between 12pm-3pm.
Fitness services can be booked for reoccurring time slots if the client wishes to have this available. Upon confirmation of reoccurring fitness services bookings client(s) will be provided a schedule of bookings or a Direct Debit agreement for the set period of bookings.
Bookings with a personal trainer can include more than 1 participant in either 30 or 60 minute intervals. There will be a charge of $25.00 per each additional person(s) who attend the personal training session; with a maximum of 4 people able to attend.
